Guillain-Barre Syndrome(Miller-Fisher variant).
Guillain-Barré syndrome is a predominantly demyelinating motor polyneuropathy that classicaly presents with leg weakness that can spread in a ascedent manner.
Miller-Fisher variant is characterized by initial cranial nerve involvement and a descending progression.
The CSF findings of elevated protein and low white blood cells count(cytoalbuminologic dissociation) were also consistent with the diagnosis.
He recieved plasmapheresis therapy and has an excellent improvement being discharged from hospital after a week.
