Ventricular Taquicardia

This ECG shows a tachycardia with a wide QRS complex(> or = 0.12 second). So, the differential diagnosis is between supraventricular taquicardia with aberrant conduction (SVT) and ventricular taquicardia (TV).

Below is shown an algorithm that help in this differentiation. With it our diagnosis is Ventricular Taquicardia (in the fourth step)
