Clinical Presentation

A 45-year-old man presented with 6-month history of a deep seated and painless soft-tissue mass. A magnetic resonance imaging was performed and showed a 10 cm mass with a signal intensity close to the muscle's sign on T1. The mass was completely excised and on the macroscopic examination, it was white, fleshy, well-circumscribed and measured approximately 10 cm in greatest dimension. The microscopic exam disclosed a fascicular proliferation of spindle-shaped cells with mild to moderate mitotic activity and few areas of necrosis (figures 1-4). Immunohistochemical studies revealed the following profile:
