Widespread dermatophytic infection by Microsporidium gypsum
 |  This is a 28 yo female patient with Acquired Imune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS) of two years duration. At this time she has a CD4 lymphocyte count of 198 cells/mm3. Some weeks before she developed a disseminated Hespes Zoster infection. |
